Commercial Support Administrator required to join our client in Tullos on an ongoing temporary basis.

     

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders via email/phone call.
  • Inputting orders onto ERP system and collecting delivery notes.
  • Communicating with customers and confirming orders.
  • Completing export paperwork.
  • Calculating pallet counts for transport provider and booking transport.
  • Creating and amending PLU’s, populating technical spreadsheets and sharing with the factory, printing labels where necessary.
  • Dealing with label queries from customers.
  • Assisting the Finance Team where necessary i.e. sales invoice queries.
  • Creating catch certificates where necessary.
  • Creating supplier declarations to distribute.
  • Dealing with missing label queries.
  • Completing trader support documentations.
  • Liaising with Management/Sales/Production Team on a regular basis as necessary.
  • Dealing with telephone calls and where appropriate deal with the enquiry.
  • Attending any meetings required and report departmental issues if required.
  • Creating and sending any letters/e-mails etc as necessary.
  • Compiling any reports/analyse data for Directors if required.
