Part-Time Receptionist - VR/29421
Supporting 2 mornings per week at local finance firm in Banchory, a Receptionist is required to handle all reception work including post runs, filing of paperwork and all in/outgoing mail. This role is ideal for someone who requires minimal working hours and holds experience in a similar role.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Dealing with in and outgoing mail.
- Post office runs for cheques.
- Maintaining filing system and updating company drive with client information.
- Filing paperwork.
- Answering the telephone.
Applicants to this role require
- Good computer skills.
- Holds experience in Reception/Admin role.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Enjoys routine.
