Fantastic short-term opportunity to join the team of one of Europe’s top independent exploration and production companies. As a HSE Administrator you will be based in Aberdeen City Centre and will be providing support with HSE reports and managing and interpreting source data. This role is ideal for HSE Administrators who are immediately available and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

In the role of HSE Administrator you will be required to ensure that asset and regional HSE and Technical performance data is collated accurately and delivered in a timely manner as required to support the business and provide trend analysis as required to interpret HSE and Technical performance data.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Excellent knowledge on HSE legislations relating to the oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agility, Visio, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Supporting the asset risk processes as required.
  • Experience in trend analysis: Interpreting HSE and Technical performance data, results of improvement activities and business risk assessments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to write or edit high quality business documents.  

Applicants to this role require

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent certification.
  • ISO Lead Auditor or equivalent.
