Graduate Business Development Assistant - VR/20905
Based within the Westhill office of this leading global energy company the opportunity has come up for a Graduate Business Development Assistant with a back ground in petroleum to join the team on a 12-month contract basis. This varied role will support with reporting for various departments and duties will be reviewed as the role develops.
Supporting the Management Team and a range of departments within the organisation, you will be involved with a variety of duties:
- Supporting with the awarding of new business contracts.
- Preparing statistical reports.
- Preparing presentations.
- Supporting global offices with analysis and studies.
This role is a newly created position and the duties and responsibilities expected will be reviewed as the role progresses and you develop within the position and company.
Essential requirements of this role are:
- Background in Petroleum.
- Experience working within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Proficient with the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to manage your own workload.
- Excellent attention to detail.
