Financial Accountant - VR/21057
Opportunity to join financial services provider based in Aberdeen City Centre. The Financial Accountant will provide varied accounting support to an oil operator client for the business. This role would suit a fully qualified Accountant with experience in statutory reporting and ideally JV accounting exposure. It could also suit someone looking for their first role in industry.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the key responsibilities will be:
- Preparing group accounts (monthly and annually).
- Assisting with annual and JV audit.
- Budget forecast and reforecast.
- Monthly account reconciliations.
- Cash management.
This role would suit a fully qualified Accountant. Experience in oil and gas would be preferable however this could also suit someone from accounting practice.
This role will give you exposure to all aspects of the business and you will be exposed to Senior Management. A competitive salary and benefits package will be on offer.
