Reporting into the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the following:

• Inputting payroll data into SAP – including overtime, field bonuses.
• Performing manual calculations of statutory payments.
• Running payroll and HR data reports from SAP.
• Performing payroll validations prior to processing salary payments.

Applicants to this role require strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and should also ideally possess experience of SAP. You should be able to fit in seamlessly with the wider team and business units, both from an independent, and collaborative perspective, whilst being able to communicate effectively.
