Thorpe Molloy McCulloch are working on a resourcing requirement in search of a Purchase Ledger Assistant for a market leader in supplying safety equipment. This is a full-time permanent opportunity, located in Aberdeen (South-East). You will provide support to the Finance team and other departments when required therefore being a good communicator is essential. Your report line will be the Financial Controller. This is a great opportunity for you to either gain or expand upon your experience to date, an exciting opportunity either way.

Main duties and responsibilities

 

  • Processing and checking invoices.
  • Provide support in weekly and monthly payroll.
  • Assisting with month-end.
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the financial controller.
  • Bank Reconciliations.

Applicants to this role require

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Packages; Word,
