Contracts Compliance Auditor - VR/21080
Contracts Compliance Auditor required to work for an internationally recognised Oil Operator. Based in the Westhill area of Aberdeen, you will maintain responsibility for the performance of daily contract compliance checks of suppliers’ invoices over the course of this 3-month temporary assignment, which begins in January 2020. Previous use of SAP is a necessary requirement for this role.
Reporting into the Contracts Compliance Leader, the Contracts Compliance Auditor will interface across business functions, ensuring contractual compliance performance, but also the following:
- Performing process of daily invoice checks, verifying rates, personnel, equipment with the view of optimising reimbursable opportunities for TEPUK.
- Ensuring company procedures are adhered to in alignment with contract administration – specifically contractual amendments, variation orders and release orders.
- Monitoring and reporting on status of non-compliant issues raised and credit notes received.
- Participating in external contractor audits.
- Analysing invoice patterns to detect issues which can be avoided by developing business processes and procedures.
- Recommending process improvements with regards to invoicing process and the contract preparation, tender and award process.
You should have had exposure to commercial and legal matters and have similar relative experience of the Oil and Gas industry. You must also have experience of SAP.
