HR Manager - VR/21100
Due to ongoing business developments, a HR Manager is required on a temporary basis to play an active role in a large TUPE project. You will report directly to the HR Director and work closely with the team of this dynamic and respected oil and gas operator. If you are an experienced HR Manager, willing to commit to occasional offshore travel then this might be the role for you.

You will be reporting directly to the HR Director and working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner on this large scale TUPE project.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Managing the TUPE process including staff consultation forum.
- Confirming terms and conditions for transferring staff (c250 personnel).
- Identifying any essential personnel gaps and recruiting within timely manner.
- Ensuring transfer of personal, payroll and competency data.
Applicants to this role require
- You will be an experienced HR Manager with experience in large scale TUPE proceedings.
- Ability to travel offshore is essential – if you are already certified this would be preferred however, there is capacity to be put through the relevant training.
- Experience leading a small team would be preferred and highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of payroll and training is essential.
- Flexibility in order to meet deadlines and deliver results.
