**Permanent Opportunity** Located in Bridge of Don, the opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator to join a proactive and influential organisation as a Senior Administrator. The remit of this role is varied and will allow the successful incumbent to become involved with a range of tasks supporting different personnel within the overall business.
It is the responsibility of the Senior Administrator to support all teams within the business and ensure the overall goals and objectives of the organisation are met.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Dealing with and directing incoming calls.
- Reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors.
- Booking travel and accommodation.
- Expenses.
- Facilities support.
- Assisting with board meetings.
- Staff inductions.
- Onboarding new starts.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

- A flexible attitude.
- Experience within HR administration.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Full driving licence.
