Thorpe Molloy McCulloch are working exclusively with an independent upstream company, supporting them in their recruitment search for an Accounts Payable Assistant. This is a 6-month temporary position based in Aberdeen City Centre. Our client is looking for candidates with previous experience within a similar role, as well as, no / short notice periods.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Processing invoices.
- Making payments to suppliers.
- Answering any queries by phone or email, statements.
- Adding new suppliers on to the system.
Applicants to this role require
- Background in accounts payable.
- Good Excel knowledge.
