Rate: £Commensurate with experience

Our client is currently seeking an HR & HSE Administrator to join their team on a 3-months, temporary basis.

The candidate will be responsible for taking minutes and providing support, along with general office and administrative duties for Head of HR and QHSE Advisor.

They will be expected to take ownership of HR and payroll paperwork, conduct HR and HSE inductions of new employees, and coordinate Exit interview processes.

The candidate will also be involved in providing guidance to management in implementing company policies, and assist with carrying out DSE assessments to comply with Health and Safety legislations.

Qualifications / Experience Needed:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline or equivalent experience with a background in Human Resources and HSE administration
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills.
  • Strong awareness of HSE policies and procedures
  • Strong working knowledge computer skills especially Microsoft Office and other analytical software packages.
