The Accounts Payable Invoice Processor reports into the Team Lead and this role has been created to ensure that the finance function operates smoothly and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Processing all invoice accurately, in a timely manner paying attention to detail.
• Ensuring all internal invoice queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
• Working closely with the AP team and management to ensure first class service to suppliers and internal clients.
• Ensuring that all relevant company processes and procedures are adhered to.
• Monthly review and clearing of aged Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) balances.
• Performing any other ad-hoc duties as, and when, required.

Applicants to this role require:

• Good level of education.
• Accounts Payable experience OR degree in Accounting / Finance or Business.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Enthusiastic team participant with a strong work ethic.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to problem solve.
