Payroll Manager – VR/23937
Opportunity to join well known Scottish brand looking to add a Payroll Manager to their team. Based in Moray, the role can be worked fully remotely, however you must be able to visit the office once per month.
Managing a team of 2 Payroll Assistants, the Payroll Manager will lead operational activities for the function. Duties include:
- Delivering an excellent payroll service.
- Improving and implementing changes to processes and systems.
- Supervising Payroll Assistants.
- Ensuring compliance with all payroll legislation.
The ideal applicant will be an experienced payroll professional who has supervisory experience or who has the ability to take the step up to a Manager level role. You must be a self-starter and have the ability to motivate yourself and the team.
