Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing advice and guidance to Managers and their teams in relation to financial performance.
• Investigating and managing accruals.
• Income and expenditure analysis and investigate variances.
• Monthly management accounts.
• Supporting Managers in routine budget process.
• Recommending improvements as appropriate.
• Preparing budgets for tenders and new projects.

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience of working in an accounts preparation / analysis role.
• Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player and ability to develop strong professional relationships.
