Accounts Assistant - VR/31769
A temporary Accounts Assistant is required to support a busy finance team for approximately 2-3 weeks. This role is ideal for someone who can start on short notice, has previous experience in a similar position, and is confident using Sage 50.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Purchase Ledger duties, including invoice processing and supplier query management.
- Performing banking tasks such as allocating receipts and monitoring transactions.
- Completing invoice finance reconciliations.
- Processing payments accurately and on schedule.
- Supporting additional finance and administrative tasks as required.
Applicants to this role require
- Ability to start a role on short notice.
- Experience within a similar role.
- Proficiency in Sage 50 preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, whilst ensuring tasks are complete to deadlines.
