Accounts Assistant - VR/31769

Status: Temp/Contract
Location: Gourdon, Aberdeenshire
Rate: Available Upon Request

A temporary Accounts Assistant is required to support a busy finance team for approximately 2-3 weeks. This role is ideal for someone who can start on short notice, has previous experience in a similar position, and is confident using Sage 50.

   

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Purchase Ledger duties, including invoice processing and supplier query management.
  • Performing banking tasks such as allocating receipts and monitoring transactions.
  • Completing invoice finance reconciliations.
  • Processing payments accurately and on schedule.
  • Supporting additional finance and administrative tasks as required.

         

Applicants to this role require

  • Ability to start a role on short notice.
  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, whilst ensuring tasks are complete to deadlines.
