Compensation and Benefits Specialist required to support a leading drilling business with their continued growth plans. Overview job description

You will take on full responsibility for the implementation, administration, communication, governance and oversight of all compensation programs and processes for the company, in support of strategic business objectives.

      

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Implementing the organisation's Compensation strategy, and producing Salary Structure / Budget proposals in line with business requirements and global compensation guidelines.
  • Participating in annual remuneration surveys, supporting country specific survey participation and obtaining results via published reports.
  • Performing forecasting and modelling as needed, staying abreast of compliance requirements.
  • Supporting Recruiters, providing market analysis and recommendations and prioritising consistency in the compensation program.
  • Leading the preparation of employee compensation communications, guidelines and policies.
  • Supporting individual country activities relating to Employee Benefits, such as medical insurance and End of Service Benefits.
  • Responsible for the administration and renewal process of all employee benefits, including company pension schemes.
  • Ensuring all employee benefit details are accurately recorded and maintained within Workday (HRIS).
  • Supporting internal departments and managers with information for Tenders and accounting / tax purposes.
  • Working closely with management during the Annual Bonus Process.

      

Applicants to this role require

  • Relevant experience in a Compensation and Benefits role, preferably in an international matrix organisation.
  • Experience in position evaluation, base pay administration, bonus plan design, stock options and benefits administration.
  • Experience with local, regional and global laws and regulations in the field of Compensation and Benefits.
  • Work experience abroad or international business / project experience (desirable).
  • Experience in designing Executive Compensation (desirable).
  • Workday experience / proficiency (desirable).
