As a Logistics Coordinator you will be required to coordinate all aspects of equipment movements to North Sea and worldwide locations. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Creating commercial invoices.
• Providing instructions for clearance including tariff codes.
• Updating customs status.
• Liaising with Forwarders to arrange quotes and transport.
• Arranging import and export documents as and when required.

Applicants to this role must have previous freight forwarding experience. You must have the ability to meet operational deadlines. You must also have great organisational, coordinating and administrative skills.
