Located in Westhill this Facilities Administrator role requires an immediate start to support this essential business. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week and is to provide support for a period of 4 weeks. Previous experience within a facilities role would be essential. It is the purpose of the Facilities Administrator to provide comprehensive clerical support on a range of duties and responsibilities. This role will be based on site in Westhill and will be for 4 weeks. This role will start ASAP and will be working 40 hours per week.

    

Duties include but are not limited to:

    

  • Check to ensure all facilities paperwork is completed accurately and is all in order.
  • Liaise with contractors to overcome various issues.
  • Write and compile checklists and relevant procedures documentation.
  • Review staff training.
  • Deal with other facilities matters such as: IT, stock control, building maintenance, car park maintenance, cleaning and phones.

    

Candidates must be available to start immediately, and have previous experience in a similar facilities role.
