Marketing Administrator / Assistant - VR/21427
Temporary to permanent opportunity - based on the South side of Aberdeen this Marketing Assistant position will include providing administrative support to a busy Marketing Department. The successful candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills and have previous experience in an administrative position.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Communicating with various teams within the business.
- Assisting with market research.
- Filing and scanning.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings.
- Creating and analysing expense reports.
- Dealing with internal queries.

- 3-4 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organisational skills.
