Duties and Responsibilities:

• Executing correct type of requisition set up according to the requirement i.e. stock, non-stock or service.
• Ensuring correct accounting information is allocated to the requisition.
• Creating a sufficiently detailed requisition to allow efficient processing and eventual placement of the purchase order.
• Proactively and actively engaging with supply chain stakeholders to ensure efficient, accurate and best practice procurement and logistics activity.
• Ensuring the workload is prioritised and critical paths are met after purchase order placement
• Producing expenditure reports against contracts, reviewing to ensure accuracy and completeness and engaging with Drilling Team stakeholders to confirm if uplift is required for continued / ongoing services.
• Liaising closely with Material Coordinator to confirm requisition requirements for materials.
• Providing administrative support / cover in periods of absence for the Material Coordinator role.
• Developing relationships with key suppliers particularly for services related procurement and provision.
• Participating in the compilation of file structures and continuous improvements in repository tools.

Applicants to this position should have:

• Experience in a similar role.
• SAP experience.
• Previously worked for an operator
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
