The position holder is involved in material management and assists in material movements. The position reports to the Lead Resource Coordinator. Successful position holders are excellent communicators, thrive on accuracy, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams. 

Main duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for material movements and accurate stock controls. 
• Warehouse housekeeping.
• Developing and implementing processes to ensure accurate stock recording. 
• Monitoring demands from Engineers.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Maintaining drill bits.
• Raising transport tickets and receiving goods.
• Developing extensive relationships between different stakeholders.
• Interfacing with stakeholders throughout Europe. 
• Involvement in HSE protocols.
