Part-Time Legal Secretary - VR/24991
TMM Recruitment is supporting a local firm, within the legal sector who are located within Central Aberdeen. The requirements of the role include part-time, permanent candidates with a legal, secretarial and / or conveyance background. The duties include; preparing and processing legal documentation, diary management, audio typing, general administrative / receptionist duties alongside production of accounts and fees. Main duties and responsibilities
- Preparing and processing legal documentation and forms, using case management systems and databases where applicable.
- Audio and copy typing.
- Diary management.
- Communicating with clients and third parties.
- Document management and filing.
- Producing accounts and fees.
- General administration and reception duties, when required.
