Personnel Logistics Administrator - VR/23092
TMM Recruitment is supporting a leading Drilling Contractor with their search for an Aberdeen-based Personnel Logistics Administrator for a year-long contract assignment. Starting ASAP, applicants will ideally have immediate availability (or a notice period of no longer than 1-2 weeks) and experience in a similar role elsewhere in the energy industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing daily crew changes, liaising with external personnel providers.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant training and competency requirements.
- Maintaining regular dialogue with Rig Managers regarding long-term resource planning.
- Arranging medicals and accommodation for offshore personnel.
- Managing database with personnel records, certificates, payroll information and expenses.
- Complying with company and industry standards, GDPR, etc.
Applicants to this role require
- Personnel Logistics experience.
- Demonstrable understanding of the energy industry.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Literacy with HR databases and Microsoft Office.
- Ambition, flexibility, self-motivation and resilience.
