Personnel Logistics / Operations Coordinator - VR/24910
TMM Recruitment is assisting our client with a new maternity cover position for a Personnel Logistics and Operations Coordinator. Candidates must have previous experience within Personnel Logistics and a good knowledge of offshore disciplines.
Duties:
- Managing personnel resourcing and mobilisation plan for upcoming and ongoing projects.
- Maintaining project files in an organised and up to date manner.
- Managing the skills matrix for the pool of employees ensuring all certification is in date and valid.
- Managing travel plans for upcoming and ongoing projects – ensuring route and carrier options are most appropriate based on project needs and employee's departure point.
- Visa support and arrangements for personnel travelling overseas.
- Liaising with workshop and field staff, the sales team and suppliers and customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Raising purchase orders as approved by the Management Team.
- Ensuring all equipment records and certification are in date and calibrated.
- Maintaining and updating the company quality management system.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Assisting the Management Team with various project and administrative tasks.
