Working within the Procurement Team, you will create and maintain information within the company’s ERP and vendor management systems, as well as raising Purchase Orders (POs) and managing the invoicing process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Procurement Team with the management, monitoring and housekeeping associated with ERP system and supplier invoicing.
• Creating new supplier records within ERP system and ongoing administration of supplier information.
• Ensuring that all suppliers who are added to the ERP system are assessed within the supplier approval process.
• Issuing assessment questionnaires to suppliers and liaising with colleagues before awarding approved supplier status.
• Expediting receipt of key supplier certification and information as required.
• Recording notes on supplier performance on behalf of the Commercial Team.
• Creating and managing purchase orders on behalf of internal departments.
• Assisting the team to resolve invoice queries.
• Provide admin support to the team as required.

Applicants to this position should have previous experience in a similar role within a Supply Chain / Procurement Team. Experience of working with an ERP system is preferred.

Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a busy workload to ensure project requirements are met.
