Procurement Administrator / Junior Buyer – VR/24042
Join our key client, a market leader in the services they provide to the global oil, gas and petrochemical industries, as a Procurement Administrator / Junior Buyer.
Providing administrative support to the Procurement Team Lead, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with vendors and maintaining records for all approved suppliers.
- Processing purchase requisitions for consumables, services and hires.
- Processing new vendor questionnaires.
- Updating the cost-savings tracker.
- Participating in project meetings.
You’ll need to be comfortable working on your own initiative and also as part of a team, with the ability to prioritise your workload. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills and computer literacy are essential.
