We are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor for our client in Aberdeen on a permanent staff basis. Previous experience in a polyurethane or plastic injection moulding manufacturing role would be required, along with previous supervisory experience.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Conducting polymer process fault finding and implementing of root cause analysis outcomes.
- Joining multi-discipline teams to understand and eradicate polymer process issues and reporting outcomes.
- Conducting tool box talks as required by management.
- Supervisor is responsible for and to encourage and promote the Team Leaders and Operators to maintain a safe working environment in their area of work and to maintain housekeeping to standards set by management
- Producing / finishing / assembling products in the most efficient manner to the correct quality and quantity to meet the planned production schedules.
