Project Administrator / Document Controller required for a temporary ongoing assignment based in Dyce. This role will provide a busy and varied workload. Aspects of this position involve finance duties; therefore, this position would suit candidates with a mixed background of experience.

Main duties and responsibilities:

    

  • Undertaking project administration duties.
  • Compiling and administering of MRBs.
  • Checking of NDT reports and administration of amendments.
  • Supporting with invoice processing and purchase orders, 2 days per week.
  • Providing general administration support.

   

To apply for this role, you must be available to start working Monday 16th of March 2020 and have previous similar experience.
