Project Coordinator – VR/23815
We are currently working with a leading, international energy company to recruit a Project Coordinator on a 6-month contract.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing requirements across functions to plan and monitor activities to support and execute effectively.
- Taking ownership of all coordinator activities within project execution to ensure products and services meet business and customer requirements.
- Sharing clarity of all required scope and deliverables.
- Complying with competency, training, and capacity to meet business and customer requirements.
- Supporting the Project Manager in monitoring KPIs to analyse and measure performance to assist with improvements and action plans.
- Following and implementing all accounting/regulation activity related business requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to align and support deliverables whilst sharing lessons learned.
Applicants to this position should have pervious experience in project coordination, ideally within the oil and gas sector. Excellent communication and team-working skills are also essential. Exposure to Oracle or similar software systems would be beneficial.
