Currently recruiting for an experienced QHSE Programs Coordinator & Training Facilitator on a permanent staff basis for a Subsea company in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. Hybrid working will be on offer consisting of 3 days in the office and 2 from home. This role will involve occasional offshore travel - therefore, applicants must be willing to work offshore.

    

The QHSE Programs Coordinator & Training Facilitator will have the following main duties and responsibilities:

  • Developing, leading and delivering the QHSE engagement program, Pulse and Impact Quality (PIQ), to all OneFleet worksites, both onshore and offshore.  
  • Delivering coaching and train-the-trainer sessions to OneFleet resources that will support the facilitation of PIQ and other QHSE programs.
  • Assisting in the continual development of QHSE engagement programs and PIQ supplementary material.
  • Providing regular feedback to the business regarding PIQ implementation status, effectiveness and continual improvement planning. 
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to identify training needs across the business.
  • Managing the PIQ plan and coordination of activities for network of PIQ support facilitators.
  • Supporting personnel through QHSE coaching onsite and develop and facilitate ad-hoc QHSE training.
  • Providing input to the development of QHSE strategy, objectives and continual improvement.
  • Supporting incident investigations through training, coaching and participation in investigations.
  • Supporting the development, implementation and updating of QHSE documents within the GBPMS.
  • Enabling QHSE sharing and learning across the wider business. 

    

Experience / Qualifications:

  • A nationally recognised health and safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA or similar) is essential.
  • Formal leadership or coaching certification, at diploma level, would be preferred.
  • Experience in a similar QHSE Trainer position is essential.
  • Demonstrable track record in QHSE training and program delivery is essential.
  • Experience in delivering non-technical skills training (e.g. human factors, human and organisational performance, insights, etc.) is essential.
  • Experience in the global subsea industry, both onshore and offshore, would be preferred.
  • Applicants will be expected to have knowledge of incident investigation techniques.
