Working closely with tendering and finance departments, duties and responsibilities will include:

• Legal review for tenders and preparation of qualifications to ensure risks are managed.
• Assisting with negotiations with clients, joint venture partners and subcontractors.
• Providing input to commercial and contract risks.
• Providing legal and contract advice.
• Assisting in any disputes or claims.

Experience required:

• Experience with contracts in oil and gas industry.
• Fluent in both written and oral English language.
• General familiarity with standard legal concepts and procedures.
• Thorough understanding of contractual principles.
