Located to the South of Aberdeen City Centre, we are supporting with an immediate requirement for a Subsea Surface Torque Coordinator on a permanent basis. This role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role alongside a strong administration / coordination background. This role offers the chance to work on projects for major oil and gas companies within Aberdeen.

    

Reporting into the Subsea and Surface Divisional Manager, the main duties and responsibilities for this role involve: 

    

  • Responsible for invoicing clients and arranging for paperwork to be sent to Accounts Department for processing and payment.
  • Arranging job packs.
  • Processing quotations through to work packs and invoicing.
  • Liaising with clients and gathering information and requirements.
  • Updating necessary spreadsheets, schedules and completing documentation.
  • Participating in the on-call rota.

    

To apply for this role, you must have operational knowledge of subsea and surface operations.  It is essential that you have the ability to work to deadlines, strong attention to detail and a Full UK Driving Licence.
