Key Responsibilities:

• Managing tax issues relating to the UK and overseas entities to include corporate tax, WHT and deemed profits tax.
• Researching tax technical points and evaluate the impact on the group and entities.
• Providing commercially focussed tax advice.
• Managing tax audits.
• Reviewing the impact of new tax legislation on existing group companies.
• Reviewing tax returns for allocated entities to ensure technical accuracy and consistency with group policy.
• Ensuring that tax returns and appropriate transfer pricing documents are filed on time.
• Reviewing tax budgets, quarterly tax packs, annual tax packs and ensure these are accurate and reflected in the local / group accounts.
• Reviewing and approving tax payments.

The ideal applicant will be a qualified accountant who has a blend of accounting practice and industry experience. Exposure to corporate and international tax is essential.
