Yard Operator - VR/21503
Working with one of the largest oil and gas service companies in the world, the Labourer plays a vital role in supporting daily tasks. This is a permanent staff position in the Aberdeen area and is well-suited to applicants who carry previous experience in a similar role.
As a Yard Operator, you will be asked to do a multitude of different tasks on a daily basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cleaning and inspecting equipment.
- Working to a shift pattern rota.
- Following verbal and written instructions.
- Performing deliveries and collections.
- Forklift operations.
- Ensuring the machine shop is clean.
- Maintaining safe working practice at all times.
Qualifications
- B2 Forklift licence.
- Reach truck certificate.
- Combi-lift certificate.
- Full UK Driving licence.
Applicants should have relevant experience within a similar role and be used to working in Labouring / Forklift Operational positions. The client has highlighted that it’s essential that you can operate in a team-based environment under minimum supervision.
