IS there more to recruitment?

We constantly consider ways to enhance our service for clients and candidates, and (surprise, surprise) often great ideas come from people who don't actually work in recruitment! Guided by advice and technical know-how from our web developers, Internet Strategies (IS – get it?), we've introduced some tools which we hope you'll find useful and pretty innovative.
Last week we introduced Apply with LinkedIn on our website job search. This means you can now register an interest for any of our vacancies by sending your LinkedIn profile directly to a consultant at Thorpe Molloy Recruitment who specialises in your profession. If you don't have your CV at hand, it doesn't matter, we can use your up-to-date profile to begin the registration process for you.
Mobile functionality has been enabled on our website so you can quickly search for jobs from your mobile phone. Our 'Job Email Alerts' service also integrates with this so when you receive a job alert email on your phone, you can view the details there and then and even call us to find out more by simply clicking a button.
We're also aware that some people pretty much live on 'Facebook'. So, we decided we should be there to engage with our friends.
At facebook.com/thorpemolloyrecruitment Facebookers can interact with the team on our Wall, confidentially search our jobs and register as a candidate without ever leaving Facebook - by using our custom Facebook apps! All activity on these apps is secure so your actions will never appear as a status update. Think of it as a little part of our website inside Facebook.
So, yes, we think there IS more to recruitment.
