We are currently looking for an experienced Electronic Assembly Technician on a permanent, staff basis. Strong soldering ability is essential.
Requirements
- ONC, HNC, HND in electronics, electromechanical or similar discipline.
- Experience in the oil and gas field desirable but not essential.
- Good communication skills.
- Can work well in small team or on own.
- Good soldering technique.
- Good awareness and operation of electronic instrumentation for example – multimeters, oscilloscopes and power supplies.
- Grasp of basic engineering mathematics.
- Familiarity with calibration of downhole gauges desirable but not essential.
