Maternity Cover Payroll Coordinator - VR/27088
We are currently supporting our client with the appointment of a Payroll Coordinator to cover 12 months Maternity. This position will be office based in Fraserburgh, and you will manage the processing of a weekly payroll, deal with any payroll queries as well as handling all pension payments. Applicants must have previous payroll experience.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the running of all weekly payroll related activities.
- Ensuring accuracy of all wage and salary payments before processing.
- Sending authorised payments via the BACS system.
- Managing pension payments.
- Preparing statutory payroll returns and onward submission.
- Maintaining record keeping within Payroll Department.
- Recording employee holidays.
- Resolving any payroll queries that may arise.
