We are currently supporting our client with the appointment of a Payroll Coordinator to cover 12 months Maternity. This position will be office based in Fraserburgh, and you will manage the processing of a weekly payroll, deal with any payroll queries as well as handling all pension payments. Applicants must have previous payroll experience.

    

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the running of all weekly payroll related activities.
  • Ensuring accuracy of all wage and salary payments before processing.
  • Sending authorised payments via the BACS system.
  • Managing pension payments.
  • Preparing statutory payroll returns and onward submission.
  • Maintaining record keeping within Payroll Department.
  • Recording employee holidays.
  • Resolving any payroll queries that may arise.
