Judith Thorpe and Karen Molloy set up their own accountancy recruitment agency in Aberdeen.

Winner of the Most Enterprising Start-Up in the Scottish Business Woman of the Year Awards and we’re proud to say we’ve gone on to win many more including the Scottish Recruitment Awards Small/Medium Agency of the Year.

By 2002 we grew to require bigger office space. Our growth continued and in 2009 we moved to our current office on Albyn Place.

There’s an environment here where people love their work. But a few have also found love at work. Amanda and Steve marry, it’s our first team wedding (since then there’s been another, with one more on the way!)

Beginning her career as a graduate recruiter ten years earlier, Amanda McCulloch is appointed Managing Director.

Every year we fundraise for charities that mean a lot to us. Our biggest fundraising initiative, climbing Kilimanjaro for Maggie’s raising £25,000.
