As HR Advisor, you will be reporting to the HR Country Manager and supporting the day-to-day operational activities within the business. You will be part of the Corporate team based in Aberdeen but will also be required to travel to other business sites.

Main duties and responsibilities 

• Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries, escalating issues where required.
• Advising and supporting management on policies and procedures.
• Day-to-day employee relations support, actioning activities alongside management.
• Supporting the HR Team with development of business plan and implementation of key performance indicators.
• Providing advisory service to employees, ensuring suitable knowledge on benefits and entitlements.
• Any additional duties reasonably applicable.

Applicants to this role require 

Essential

• HNC / HND in a business-related subject.
• Experience in a similar generalist role.
• Good working knowledge of employee relations.
• Able to travel across the UK as and when required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both individually and as part of a team.
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office).

Desirable

• Bachelor’s degree in business related subject.
• Working towards CIPD qualification.
• Experience working in the oil and gas industry.
