Thorpe Molloy McCulloch are working with a market leader in Turbine services and solutions who are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant on a fixed term contract basis. You will be supporting the Accounting and Reporting Function working in a busy environment. This role is based in the South East of Aberdeen’s City Centre and is suitable for candidates with previous experience within a similar role.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Ensuring the completion of Weekly Bank Reconciliations.
  • Preparing payments.
  • Responding to customer/ supplier queries through monitoring the email accounts.
  • Ad hoc tasks when required.
  • Keeping banking paperwork up to date.
  • Providing daily and monthly bank reports.

Applicants to this role require

 

  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Good communicator.
  • Team player.
