Accounts Assistant - VR/21099
Thorpe Molloy McCulloch are working with a market leader in Turbine services and solutions who are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant on a fixed term contract basis. You will be supporting the Accounting and Reporting Function working in a busy environment. This role is based in the South East of Aberdeen’s City Centre and is suitable for candidates with previous experience within a similar role.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Ensuring the completion of Weekly Bank Reconciliations.
- Preparing payments.
- Responding to customer/ supplier queries through monitoring the email accounts.
- Ad hoc tasks when required.
- Keeping banking paperwork up to date.
- Providing daily and monthly bank reports.

- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good communicator.
- Team player.
