Opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a leading oil operator within their Aberdeen office. This 12-month contract role will include line management responsibilities, alongside managing different sites and developing the services in line with overall business objectives.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining FM service offerings.
- Managing and supervising FM Department.
- Managing FM service contracts and supplier relationships.
- Ensuring required materials are readily available.
- Managing work plans and budget.
- Identifying areas of improvement.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Staff management experience.
- Experience within FM.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- IT literacy.
- Experience managing contractors.
- An understanding of Project Management.
- IOSH / BIFM qualification – preferred.
