Accounts Assistant - VR/27118

TMM are supporting our client with a Temporary Accounts Assistant role. Joining a small team this position will have a focus on purchase invoice processing. This is an ongoing temporary assignment with the possibility of becoming permanent.


Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging and processing weekly supplier payment runs.
  • Purchase invoice processing
  • Purchase invoice payment.
  • Collating and answering any supplier queries.
  • Raising POs for consumables and office supplies.
  • Maintaining POs and match against supplier invoices received.
  • Running monthly purchasing reports to check status of POs raised and general housekeeping in purchasing section of ERP system.
  • Electronic filing of supply chain email and scan and relevant documents.
  • Filing and scanning company documents, mail distributing, answering, and directing calls.
  • Responsibility for stationary supplies etc.
  • Overall responsibility for organising couriers and document collection.
  • Carrying out any other duties.
