Accounts Assistant - VR/27118
TMM are supporting our client with a Temporary Accounts Assistant role. Joining a small team this position will have a focus on purchase invoice processing. This is an ongoing temporary assignment with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Arranging and processing weekly supplier payment runs.
- Purchase invoice processing
- Purchase invoice payment.
- Collating and answering any supplier queries.
- Raising POs for consumables and office supplies.
- Maintaining POs and match against supplier invoices received.
- Running monthly purchasing reports to check status of POs raised and general housekeeping in purchasing section of ERP system.
- Electronic filing of supply chain email and scan and relevant documents.
- Filing and scanning company documents, mail distributing, answering, and directing calls.
- Responsibility for stationary supplies etc.
- Overall responsibility for organising couriers and document collection.
- Carrying out any other duties.
