Accounts Assistant - VR/28898
A leading industry client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on an initial 6 month contract basis. This is the perfect opportunity for you if you are looking for your first entry level position in a busy Finance Team.
If you have strong attention to detail, are a problem solver and have excellent communication skills this may be the opportunity for you!
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Managing the processing of personal expense claims for employees.
- Handling company expenses and related tasks.
- Addressing inquiries regarding expenses and transactions.
- Providing support in the disbursement of employee expenses.
- Aiding in the preparation of monthly reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work to own initiative.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience of using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience of working in a similar role / environment.
