Buyer is responsible for creating and maintaining supplier relationships, processing purchase orders and scheduling of materials required for operations. You will work and communicate with other departments to meet customer’s needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working with departments to create forecast demand.
• Understanding business trends, opportunities and how they impact the demand forecast.
• Performing various material management analysis.
• Checking and processing supplier invoices in a timely manner, ensuring contract and pricing compliance.
• Monitoring and managing suppliers’ performance reviews.
• Planning and scheduling order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimising inventory and shipping costs.

• Previous experience in Procurement within oil and gas.
• Self-motivated and possess good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
