Are you available immediately and looking for a new contract role? If you are an experienced Executive Assistant looking for their next contract, please get in touch with the team for more information. This role is located in Aberdeen City Centre and will be for 4 months. Duties are varied and experience in a legal setting would be beneficial.

    

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Arranging meetings.
  • Administration support to the Legal Team.
  • Formatting documents.
  • Composing reports.
  • Diary management.

     

Applicants to this role require

  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Minutes experience.
  • Flexible and can-do attitude.
  • Ideally 5 years + experience in an EA / PA at Director level.
