Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Liaising with suppliers to ensure deliveries are made promptly and efficiently.
• Communicating with customers on delivery schedules, and keeping them updated with any delays or changes.
• Updating electronic files and data with altered information when necessary.
• Generating and compiling expediting reports.
• General administration duties.

Applicants to this position must have previous experience in a similar role. Our client is looking for individuals who are computer literate, organised and self-motivated who can communicate effectively with personnel at all levels.
