We plan to develop the activities available, establish further sibling and parent carer support groups and expand our community team. In the long term, we will be progressing our plans for a Specialist Support Centre in Aberdeen.

As Head of Income Generation & Business Development you will play a crucial role in ensuring Charlie House can sustain its operations because you will be responsible for the management and expansion of fundraising activities which support ongoing and future services and drive forward the capital appeal.

We are a high-performance team and to be successful in this role a background in business development is essential, with skills and knowledge to identify potential donors, target new funding sources, cultivate relationships, create effective and sustainable fundraising strategies, forecast revenue, develop contingency plans and report on fundraising progress.
