Helpdesk Coordinator - VR/28091
Based in Bridge of Don, a tech company is looking for a confident, people driven individual who holds experience working in a pressurised customer services environment. Experience working with a managed service provider in the technology sector would be advantageous but not essential.
Within this Coordinator role. you will be reporting into the Office Manager and assisting with the daily operations of this busy tech service company.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Liaising with customers over the phone and email.
- Scheduling projects and assigning new jobs to Engineers.
- Generating the relevant service reports.
- General supervising and ensuring the smooth running of the helpdesk.
Applicants to this role require
- Personable, confident, and organised individual.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and methodical under pressure.
- Confidence to liaise with customers at all levels (including senior managers).
- Quick to develop a sound understanding of technology services, including IT and Telecom.
