Main duties and responsibilities

• IT support (global fleet and office locations; desktop / laptop builds / deployments, printers, meeting rooms, procurement, etc.).
• Network support (global fleet; switch management, configuration, Wi-Fi support, remote access control, etc.).
• Service desk and continuous improvements (incidents and requests, including cases with service providers).
• Supporting mobilisations / de-mobilisations (global fleet).
• Participating in IT project work (on- and offshore, collaborating with IT service providers).
• Delivering IT maintenance (global fleet and office location).

Tasks and deliverables will vary depending on projects and will support all aspects of IT functions in Prosafe.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Preferably 1-2 years’ relevant experience from IT project services (onshore and / or offshore).
• Strong knowledge with Cisco technology (CCNA preferable).
• Service oriented with the ability to work unsupervised and in a team-setting sharing your knowledge with others.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong knowledge with Microsoft technologies.
• Knowledge with offshore communication capabilities (VSAT / 4G LTE, Entertainment and PABX Systems).
• Understanding of ITIL methodology preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge and / or experience from IT constancy is preferred.
